在用到Runtime Libary时会有几个编译选项：/MT、/MTd、/MD、/MDd
遇到以下编译问题：

解决方法：项目属性中，Configuration Properties --> C/C++ --> Code Generation：Runtime Library中的/MDd改为/MTd
继续编译，又产生以下错误：
1>msvcrtd.lib(ti_inst.obj) : error LNK2005: "private: __thiscall type_info::type_info(class type_info const &)" (??0type_info@@AAE@ABV0@@Z) already defined in LIBCMTD.lib(typinfo.obj)
1>msvcrtd.lib(ti_inst.obj) : error LNK2005: "private: class type_info & __thiscall type_info::operator=(class type_info const &)" (??4type_info@@AAEAAV0@ABV0@@Z) already defined in LIBCMTD.lib(typinfo.obj)原因：既用了MSVCRTD.lib又用了LIBCMTD.lib，而现在的情况是需要LIBCMTD.lib，所以需要去掉MSVCRTD.lib
解决方法：在项目属性中，Configuration Properties --> Linker --> Input：Ignore Specific Library里填入MSVCRTD.lib。
编译，成功。
