SeDebugPrivilege
The privilege that is required to debug and adjust the memory of a process owned by another account. This
privilege allows the user to attach a debugger to any process. This privilege provides access to sensitive and
critical operating system components.
User-mode applications represent this privilege as the following user-right string: “Debug programs”.
