不知道干了个啥导致gnome上来就报错
gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with status 256

到字符界面下挨个尝试一把，最终是
sudo chmod 1777 /tmp
pkill gnome-session
才看到原来的界面了。公司网络不稳定，google时不时断一把，可能。。。也不是公司网络的问题，呵呵，懒得去找具体原因了。
