* Nero 7.2.7.0 Premium Edition -- After extraction of the main setup files, error message "This version doesn't support Windows Vista. ...." is received. But, it can be installed. After extraction, click "OK" on the error message. Go to Users\[your account name]\Local\Temp\NeroDemoXXXXX and run "Nero.msi". The setup starts (but starts very latelier than XP) and install Nero (but install very slowly). You can install by this way, but not with normal main setup.
* Slysoft AnyDVD v6.0.8.5 (64-bit) - it installs but at the end it says that it's trying to install an unsigned driver. Program won't start and it uninstalls my dvd-rom drive and my virtual drives. They won't reinstall until anydvd is uninstalled.

* The wads for Doom in "Doomworld -- The Top 100 WADs Of All Time" played with Doomsday 3D Engine 1.9.0 Beta IV --- a lot of wads that was tried and could be played under XP cannot start with Doomsday. An error message about segmentation appears, or when the special episode of wad is selected, an error message about loading levels or graphic-sound etc add-ons appears. The game crashes.

* Intel(R) Processor ID Utility - an error message that tells "this program doesn't support Vista" is received at the beginning of setup. There is a link at the error message to download Bootable Intel(R) Processor ID Utility, but after entering this link, an error page written "Page Not Found" appears.
* System Mechanic 7.0 / PRO 7.0 - before the main setup (after detecting Internet connection), an error message that tells "7.0 is not supported Vista, 7.1 or later is required" is received. But, SM 7.1 has not been produced yet. -- this error message can be fixed by selecting "Windows XP Service Pack 2" at compability list of SM's main setup file. but before the main setup starts, an error message "Failure Code: 323-A. An unexcepted error was encountered while initializing SM PRO." appears.

NOTE: The applications in this category will probably never work (as people and Microsoft thinks). This applications can be the programs/drivers of very old hardwares, 16-bit or lower applications, very old applications that will probably never be updated for Vista by producers of them, applications using not supported hardware system by Vista etc...
* All / a lot of 16-bit MS-DOS Games (for example; Duke Nukem 3D, Quake 1, Volfied etc...). These games will never work. Because, 16-bit MS-DOS programs cannot work under Vista in full screen mode. So the games cannot work or sometimes work with too low performance. I recommend that you use a graphic pack/patch for these 16-bit MS-DOS games to work and play (for example; Duke Nukem High Resolution Pack for Duke Nukem 3D, Doomsday 3D Engine for Doom 95/Doom 2/Heretic/Hexen etc... But note that, some MS-DOS games may not have a pack/patch for graphic or other components. Also, these component packs make the game with modern Windows graphics, not 16-bit MS-DOS graphics).
