It seems kits are not install properly in your workspace.
Can you please first run following command to refresh the dependency kits.
cd <workspace>/fe/src/ext
/grid/common/pkgs/make/v3.80/bin/make extrefresh
10.1: OSREL==EE40, EE50
11.1: OSREL==EE50
