这个类RefCounted是一个引用的封装模板类,原意可能是一个处理函数可以被多个事件引用,但在Event的实现代码里直接调用了BoundSlot的cleanup函数,而不是RefCounted的release函数来清理。可见,并没有实现一个事件处理函数被多个事件引用,其实也没有必要。
