请选择“编辑”>“首选项”（Windows）或“Acrobat”>“首选项”（Mac OS）。
在“种类”下选择“文档”。
在“使用 PDF/A 模式下查看文档”中选择选项： “从不”，“总是”或“仅用于 PDF/A 文档”。
通过再次改变本首选项设置，您可以切换 PDF/A 查看模式。

或许是升级后导致的？
那么如何调整回中文版呢？
1.进入Edit菜单，点击Preferences下的General。
2.在弹出的Preferences对话框中，左侧选择International。
在右侧的Application Language中选择Same as the operating system。
该选项的意思是“与操作系统的语言相同”。
我们一般是用的简体中文版系统，因此Acrobat会自动切换成中文。
3.完成后，关闭Acrobat，再重新运行Acrobat后的界面图如下。
是不是已经回到中文版了呢？
