Texinfo creates printed documents via TeX.
Texinfo source file is a plain ASCII file containing text interspered with "@-commands" that tell the typesetting and formatting program what to do.
Texinfo provides a "texinfo.tex" that contains informations (definition of macros) that TeX uses it to convert "@-commands" into TeX commands.
Texinfo source contains SIX section:
