SetFilePointer的问题 

DWORD SetFilePointer( 
HANDLE hFile, 
LONG lDistanceToMove, 
PLONG lpDistanceToMoveHigh, 
DWORD dwMoveMethod); 
 
第二个参数是long，有符号的，因此，不可以移动超过2GB

怎么会产生这种疑问呢？没好好读MSDN吧？
If lpDistanceToMoveHigh is not NULL, lpDistanceToMoveHigh and lDistanceToMove form a single 64-bit signed value that specifies the distance to move.
